Halloween is great night for the kids at Ardvreck! Everyone dresses up in their scariest and funniest costumes and play silly games and eat tonnes of lollies and chocolate… so it was a great night for me as well! During the summer term, the Ardvreck kids muck about in the ‘Dens and Dams’.  There is a little bubbling brook that runs through the school. At lunch times and after school, the kids put on their wellies (gumboots) and dam the river! They block it up completely using rocks, mud and leaves, and can completely redirect […]

Every Tuesday night this term, I take a group of kids golfing at the Resort which is just behind our school. It’s pretty fun, and a great chance for me to lose some golf balls!
