SO, i looked up “basics to understanding the stock market” because the other night i played a charades type game at the flannery’s, pulled marie antoinette and barack obama out of the hat and knew NEITHER. so this tells me two things, im sheltered and mr hills is a seriously crappy french teacher.
so im kick starting my knowledge although the need isn’t entirely there until september, and instead of my homepage being hotmail its now sydney morning herald, although i don’t understand all of it like wall street updates (???) im hoping to take it all in without nnoticing – kinda like passive smoking, except with long term benefits.

I feel very updated with all your entries and now I can see what uv been up to– looks so so good! Please inform me of everything when u get a chance!
Well, I have officially started university after a very full on, yet extremely fun orientation week, there were parties every single night no joke u have it to look forward to when you get back! I’ve had lots of classes over the last 3 days and am finally settled in there now!
It’s weird after the holidays getting back into the gist of writing and listening to hours of lectures…but I do love it so far! Heaps of nice people! I kind of feel like I’m on gap in that in most of my classes myself along with about 3 people are actually aussie! I swear no one believes I’m from aus, let along qld, let alone the same suburb as bond (they claim that I speak quite American how weird)! I feel like everything is so different at the moment now I’m at uni in that I’m surrounded by a whole different group of people and it is sooo different to school just the way everything works…for example instead of “periods 1,2,3” its now “tute room 4” haha. I already have quite a fair bit of assignment work to do! Iv joined the gym at bond the facilities are amazing! I’m trying to get into the habit of working out haha. As you know it was jackys bday yesterday too so i went out with her last night and had so much fun, all of the bond uni people were at Melbas for a social function and we joined along for a while.
