Well, it’s my last night in Australia for a while.
Just had my last home cooked meal – from now on i’m eating nothing but haggis. For those of you who don’t know, haggis is a popular Scottish dish. There are many recipes, most of which have in common the following ingredients: sheep’s heart, liver and lungs minced with onion, oatmeal, the hard fat from the loin and kidneys and traditionally boiled in the animal’s stomach for approximately three hours.
YUM!
